Not long ago, we were afraid of Elves, Demons, and Faeries when we read Heir to the Sun by Jennifer Allis Provost. Now we are back with the review of her second book, The Virgin Queen. This is going to be a little shorter because I don’t want to give too much away in case you consider reading the first book. Possible spoilers.

The book takes place when Asherah has been the queen for eight centuries. This is of course due to the fact that the demon Mersgoth, the long thought dead creature, attacks again.
